Boulcott Street Bistro’s  head chef / partner Rex Morgan is a go to on New Zealand heritage cooking and often incorporates native New Zealand ingredients such as Horopito on the Bistro menu. His knowledge of and passion for these styles and flavours made him a popular choice as Guest Chef Judge on the latest episode ‘Hangi Challenge’ of Masterchef New Zealand.

Thanks to everyone for Tweets of support. Rex was delighted to appear on the show to represent both Wellington and his heritage.
